Full advert for the vacancy for a Business Development and Digital Marketing Executive

14 Sep 2016

The digital production company Inclusive Digital has a vacancy for a Business Development and Digital Marketing Executive to help it grow its activities and business.

Inclusive was set up in 2007, and specialises in video production, event filming, website development, e-Learning, and video streaming

On the Business Development side, the Executive will play a key role in researching and contacting new clients. They will need to explain the benefits of our services to potential clients – on the phone, via emails, and in meetings and presentations. They will need to write proposal documents for existing and potential clients. And they will be in charge of managing and expanding our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system.

On the Digital Marketing side, the Executive will oversee our digital outlets – uploading daily content to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, writing news and blogs for the Inclusive website, compiling and sending out MailChimp newsletter emails, updating our product Landing Pages, and managing our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.

This is a great opportunity to join a small but ambitious company, and play a decisive role in shaping its future.

The role crosses disciplines - business development, digital marketing, and client liaison. So we need to appoint someone who is able to work across different areas.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Some kind of experience of business development, marketing or sales.
  • A general knowledge of and interest in web, digital and social media developments.
  • Excellent writing, communication and persuasion skills.
  • An enthusiasm and a desire to take ownership of a project and make it grow.

You will need to be educated to degree level – and be highly fluent in spoken and written English.

Full training in Inclusive products and services will be provided.

Our office is near Caledonian Road tube station in London.

The role is full-time or 4 days a week. A 4 day pattern must include working on Mondays.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 FTE.

This is a staff job – with one month’s notice, and holiday entitlements.

Please submit your CV along with your covering letter detailing how you meet the job criteria. The layout, content and relevance of the covering letter is very important.
