Hybrid Live Streaming You Can Rely On

Because live events don’t pause for retakes.

Running a hybrid event means delivering two experiences at once: a live audience in the room and a remote audience joining from anywhere. When it works well, it feels seamless. When it doesn’t, everyone notices.

At Inclusive Digital, we design and deliver hybrid live streaming that puts reliability first. We take full technical responsibility so you can focus on your speakers, delegates, and outcomes, not whether the technology will hold up.

Trusted since 2007.

See examples of our live streaming work below:

Association of Anaesthetists

We’ve partnered with the Association of Anaesthetists for several years, delivering a range of dynamic projects. Most notably, we’ve powered their hybrid events—live streaming from multiple rooms, integrating remote speakers, and providing a seamless platform for global delegates to tune in. The clip above is a snapshot of our work in action.

GitNation

We’ve supported GitNation’s events for several years, live streaming multiple rooms across various conferences. These are technically complex productions, with many elements running simultaneously behind the scenes. The clip above shows part of one of our recent streams.

Live Streaming Promo

Here’s our latest promotional video showcasing our live streaming work. Through our dedicated Cloud Platform and Internet Bonding Technology, Inclusive provides high-quality live streaming services. We can stream any kind of event – including conferences, seminars, webinars, webcasts, speeches, product launches, or promotional events.

Mark Allen Group: HR Webinar

We live-streamed two lunchtime HR based interactive webinars in 2023 for the global PR organisation Mark Allen Group, at a television studio in central London. The webinars focused on the impact of AI on HR, and included speakers from some of the largest companies in the UK.

RUSI: Live Streaming

We’ve filmed and streamed events in Whitehall for the defence think tank RUSI. These events are usually panel discussions with speakers, making the most of our multi-camera capabilities.

INTBAU: Hybrid Event

We live-streamed a hybrid event for INTBAU, a global network promoting traditional building, architecture, and urbanism. This event utilised our high-quality cameras and remote presenter capabilities, allowing speakers to take part from different countries.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. We handle the full technical delivery — including cameras, audio, vision mixing, streaming, platforms and on-the-day technical management. Our role is to take ownership of the technical side so you’re not coordinating multiple suppliers.

  • We design each event with resilience in mind. This can include backup encoders, multiple internet connections, redundant signal paths and thorough testing ahead of the event. Problems are far easier to fix before an event goes live, which is why preparation is a core part of our process.

  • We recommend solutions based on your audience, event format and accessibility needs. That might include dedicated virtual event platforms, webinar applications (like Zoom) or bespoke setups. The right platform depends on the event — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • Absolutely. We regularly manage remote speakers as part of hybrid events, including technical checks, rehearsals and live coordination to ensure they integrate smoothly into the programme.

  • The earlier, the better particularly for complex hybrid events. Early involvement allows us to advise on formats, platforms and technical approaches that reduce risk and improve the delegate experience.

  • As involved as you want to be. We manage the technical delivery and communicate clearly throughout the event, allowing you to focus on speakers, delegates and content rather than troubleshooting.

  • We can provide recordings, edited session videos and highlights content, depending on your needs. Post-event support can be tailored to how the content will be used afterwards.
