We've upgraded our website support pages - so that we can handle enquiries more efficiently.
The new system is based on the Kayako platform - which includes an information/update page, a Knowledgebase, and Submit a Ticket functionality.
On their website, Kayako say that they provide: "simple customer service software that scales with your business. Kayako makes it easy to deliver an unrivalled customer support experience". Certainly, we did quite a lot of research and testing before selecting Kayako, and we are confident that it will help us improve our performance in this important area.
We'll be rolling out the new system to our main websites over the coming months.
