Centenary News, a website launched and run by Inclusive Digital, will be put into archive following the close of the First World War centenary commemorations on 11 November.

The collection of articles, news items, videos, event information, educational material and links to blogs will now act as a resource for researchers and historians.

The site has been an important place for those interested in reflecting on how the world has responded to the war in the 100 years since.

Between 2014 and 2018, the war centenary timeframe, Centenary News was visited by 643,867 people who used it for 773,254 sessions.

Half of visitors were from the UK and nearly a quarter were from the US. A further eight per cent of the website’s users were split equally between Australia and Canada.
