Conference Filming Roundup

It’s been a very busy year for us so far: we have filmed 120 individual lectures for the Royal College of Radiologists; two three day events for the Association of Anaesthetists; a three day event for the British Society of Rheumatology, and processed over 70 lectures for the Royal Society of Medicine.

We travelled to Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle and Liverpool, and often had to process the footage whilst still on the job to ensure it was online as quickly as possible!

The three-day Group of Anaesthetists in Training event in Newcastle was a multi-camera operation, with three video producers covering the different lecture halls and workshops. In Liverpool, two Inclusive producers filmed 30 lectures and a promotional video for the BSR in two and a half days, while an event in Leeds for the RCR at the same time also required one producer to film 7 talks.

We have also been simultaneously migrating content onto the new RSM and AAGBI websites, which have recently launched, and we continue to add new content weekly across the sites.

Over the next few months, we will be filming the RCR Annual Scientific Meeting at the Barbican, the AAGBI Annual Congress in Harrogate, and producing various other video projects for our other clients.
