  • Nigel Dacre is the owner of Inclusive Digital. He founded the company in 2007. He was CEO until 2022, and is now Chair.

    Here is his biography:

    Nigel is a media executive, writer and journalist, with over 45 years of experience in the media industry. He has held senior leadership roles in TV, journalism and digital organisations.

    His career has included TV News journalism, launching TV channels, working at board level for a range of companies, and setting up and running a digital business.

    He was a TV journalist for 24 years, at BBC News and then ITN. He worked for ITN from 1982-2002 - and was the Editor of ITV News (in charge of all news programmes on ITV, including Lunchtime News, Evening News and News at Ten).

    Since leaving ITN, he has been CEO, MD or Chair of five media organisations - and has been involved in the launch and growth of several high profile media ventures, including Teachers TV, Local TV, and Centenary News.

    He worked for Ten Alps plc (now Zinc Media) for four years from 2003-2007 - as the CEO of Teachers TV and MD of Ten Alps Digital.

    He was Chair of the Local TV Network (LTVN) from 2013-2015, and a Director of Notts TV from 2012-2016.

    He is currently Chair of two UK media companies - the TV transmission company, Comux UK, and the event filming and live streaming company, Inclusive Digital.

    Nigel was made a Fellow of the Royal Television Society in 2002.

  • Benjamin is an experienced live streaming producer and technician. Building on his work at Inclusive and LiveNow, Ben is in charge of our daily operations, including running our live streaming services.

    He has a degree in TV and Video Production from Southampton Solent University, which he completed in 2016.

  • Martin is a senior member of our production team – and has expertise in event filming, video production and editing, lighting, and live-streaming work.

    He has a lot of experience in media production and has filmed events for Inclusive’s clients across the UK. He has also done video work on YouTube channels, a series of drama videos, and specialist videos for the tool company Norbar.

  • Ben has worked in live events for a range of digital production companies.

    At Inclusive, his role includes event filming, video editing, vison mixing and social media work.

  • Stephen’s role at Inclusive is to work on the high-end and long form video projects for the company – such as the 2019 Year in the Life of the Hurlingham Club.

    His experience as a senior producer includes making programmes for BBC1 and BBC2, as well as working for many years on ITV’s News at Ten. He has also produced and directed commercial videos for many companies and organisations, including British Airways, British Gas, the AA, the Metropolitan Police, and the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

  • Javier oversees our website work and server network. He is a highly experienced web developer and has worked for digital companies in London and Spain. Before joining Inclusive, he worked for London-based Datum Protect as a web-based applications analyst, designer and developer.

    As well as HTML, CSS, PHP, Ajax, and jQuery skills, Javier has detailed knowledge of running servers, networks and UNIX systems.
